Why Distance BBA Is Better Than Online BBA

While an online BBA course in India has its set of advantages, it is imperative that students and parents understand the importance of a distance learning BBA course in India too.

Access to universities

A student can enroll for an online BBA anywhere in the world- all he/she needs is an internet connection. Distance learning BBA programs, although few, are accessible around the world as well.

Classes

While an online BBA is dependent entirely on the internet, a distance learning BBA course involves a mix of online as well as traditional face-to-face classes.

Learning methodology

An online course is purely online, which means all the classes can be accessed on the internet. With distance learning courses, students follow a schedule, much like an academic year of a regular college. Their course material is made available to them via online formats and physical correspondence.

Responsibility of learning

In an online BBA course it is solely the student’s responsibility to catch up with the course. A distance learning BBA course on the other hand, offers guidance from staff as and when needed.

Opportunity for growth

An online BBA is relatively easier to get compared to a distance learning BBA course. A distance learning BBA degree adds value to a professional’s resume since it is considered equivalent to a degree from a regular university.

Distance courses are also easily recognized and accepted in the industry when compared to online courses.

Adlabs Imagica : First Impressions

Adlabs Imagica, the most popular theme park of India is located in Khopoli, around 150 kms from Mumbai. First look of this dreamy land makes me recall my memories of Disneyland in Orlando, USA.
We can call it mini Disneyland.

With addition of Snow and Aqua Park, Adlabs Imagica has become a complete family destination.
Recently I got the opportunity to review the park and here is my take on it.

Snow Park

Snow Parks always excite me and this time was no different.

Things that I loved here -:
1. Snow Park is big enough to accommodate a good chunk of people hence you get sufficient space to enjoy and have fun.
2. Sliding from the top in a tube is definitely a must try thing.
3. The disc plays some good music and it is fun dancing amid the snow.
4. Lot of snow to throw at each other.
5. Sofa made up of ice where you can sit and get snapped.

Things that can be improved on -:
1. The hall where you put on the attire required to get in the Snow Park, stinks a lot.
2. The time for each session is a bit less which can be increased to 45 minutes.

Aqua Imagica
We only did a tour of the park as we were short of time.

Though we didn't try any rides here but from the info the tour guide gave us and from the look and feel, I can conclude the below -:
1. There are lot of rides which are suited for people of all age segments.
2. If you are expecting rides with lot of twists, turns and drops, you won't be disappointed.
3. Apart from the general attractions like Aqua Disc and Wave pool with sea like waves there are quite a good no of rides which offer you a great thrilling experience.

a. Loopy Woopy - If you are a speed lover this one is for you.
Plummet through a 39 ft. vertical drop into a 360-degree
looping slide of speed and exhilaration.

b. Swirl Whirl
- This exhilarating ride takes you through a
thrilling series of twists and turns, and then plummets you into         the core of the funnel where you share 4 to 5 near-vertical
oscillations before exiting the flume into the final plunge.

c. Twisty Turvy
- The exciting gravity-defying coaster with hair-
raising drops and breath-taking curves. It blasts riders uphill on        water jets, launching them into the ‘Super Bowl’ with centrifugal
forces keeping them high on the wall for several turns, and
ending through an enclosed flume into a splashdown pool.

d. Not to forget the wave pool at Imagica is a regular for famous
DJs.

Theme Park
Finally it was time to explore the magical land which is also called Mini Disney Land.

Things that I liked here -:

1. Rides -:
There are rides for all kind of people here.
If you love to feel the adrenaline rush and thrill while twisting and swirling in the roller coaster rides, here are some great options.

a. Nitro - India's biggest and craziest roller coaster ride which will
take your excitement to a completely different level.

b. Dark Space - India's first roller coaster which runs in dark.
Feeling the adrenaline rush in a completely dark dome that too at
crazy speeds is a pure bliss.

c. Scream Machine - This gigantic rotating Pendulum ride makes
you recall those childhood days of Columbus, a ride similar to
it.Most of us who have enjoyed Columbus, this ride is a pure bliss.

d. Wrath of Gods - This is a great special effect show using air, water and fire.

e. Rajasaurus River Adventure - A good Story telling with an
awesome splash at the last.

f.  I for India - Witnessing the magnificent India from a helicopter's height is a unique lifetime experience.

g. Mr India - When one of my favorite movies of the childhood goes 4D, it has to be awesome.

2. Food -:
The variety and taste is good though the price is slightly on a
higher side.

3. Photographer's paradise -:
The walls of Imagica are painted and decorated so beautifully that
you will find a lot of photography  opportunities here.

4. Parade -:
The grand parade is one of the most popular attractions of Imagica
which shouldn't be missed.
Amazing dancers, famous cartoon characters and beautiful
tableau will definitely make you go gaga.

Things that can be improved
1. Laser show was good but I had much more expectations from it.
There is a lot of scope to make it more creative, innovative and
unique.
2. The price of food and stuff in stores is a bit heavy on the pocket.

Tata Hexa Test Drive Experience : First Impressions..!!

Tata Motors, one of the pillars of the most renowned and trustworthy brand of India, Tata, was appearing on the front page of Indiblogger. #Hexaexperience on Oct 22-23 in Hyderabad was on offer.

I love driving and my craziness for cars is immeasurable so when an opportunity to test drive the all new Hexa was on cards, I didn’t want to miss it.
Quickly I went to the Tata Hexa page but this time I was welcomed by an Apply button instead of the conventional Register.
60 seats were on offer for more than thousands of bloggers across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. I quickly applied and wished for luck.

On a fine Thursday evening I got a call from Swati, the beautiful lady from Indiblogger.
I was on cloud 9 as I knew this was the confirmation call but I preferred to keep my hormone level down till the time I reached the venue.

Day 1
Jet Airways flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad was at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
It was great to see lot of similar faces at the airport along with some new ones.

At the Hyderabad airport we were greeted by the team of Novotel who were awesome in their hospitality throughout our stay.
From the airport we were escorted to the Novotel Hyderabad Airport hotel which was in vicinity of the airport.
Sumptuous lunch was awaiting us and we too were damn hungry.

After the lip-smacking meal we registered ourselves and filled up the indemnity form.
It was time to take some rest and get ready for the evening and for that the beautiful rooms were awaiting our arrival with a surprise gift package from Tata. The package included Power Bank and a box of macaroons.

My roommate, Ananth, an entrepreneur and founder of a digital marketing firm was a great company.
We had some healthy conversations and then quickly freshened up as the presentation was going to start soon.

Around 7 we assembled at the Ballroom for the Hexa presentation.
The session started with bloggers introduction. It was great to see the faces behind those amazing blogs.

Soon the stage was occupied with the top officials from Tata Motors.
The all new Hexa was unveiled before us and I was captivated by its macho looks.
SUV has its charm when it is masculine and the Hexa totally had that thing in it.

Mr Ashish Sani, Mr Richard Winsor and Mr Ravindra Jain were quite charged up to explain us the amazing features of Hexa and we were also quite excited to know about the next big thing in the SUV world.

The presentation was followed by Q&A session and a drive briefing for the next day.
All the 60 bloggers were divided into team of 3.

After the Q&A and briefing session it was time for dinner and cocktail party.
Theme based Cocktails and finger licking dishes made up the mood for the party.
Biswa the comedy king and the funny caricature paintings by skilled artisans made sure that the mood remained in full swing throughout the evening.
It was also a great time for some networking and I was glad to connect with lot of great names in the blogging fraternity.

Though we had to wake up early morning around 5:00 a.m. but the booze and the amazing people around were enough to keep us awake till midnight.

Day 2
We were ready around 6:30 a.m. after having delicious breakfast to take the Tata Hexa for a spin.
It was a stretch of 170 kms, 85 kms drive each way. There were 20 Hexas, 10 manual (Arizona Blue) and 10 automatic (Tungsten Silver), each allocated to a team.

I got to drove both the version of Hexa and here is my say about the common features and individual versions.

Common Features

Exterior -:
The first thing that charm your eyes is the masculine body of Hexa.
SUVs are known for their macho looks and Hexa doesn’t disappoint.

Though it looks like an uplifted version of Aria but there is a lot more in Hexa in terms of features, design and comfort which sets a much bolder impression.

The dual colored front bumper is large and has the desired aggression to give Hexa that Macho look.
It houses couple of stylish fog lamps along with a large air dam.
The stretched back projector headlamps with smoked effect complement the assertive front façade.

The side profile is also quite attractive and distinct.

The rear facet is equally stylish as the front one. The USB is the beautiful taillights with first in India patented LED technology. The rear dual colored bumper with chrome accents gels well with the tail lamps and gives Hexa an impactful rear styling.

The 19 inch alloy wheels are muscular and tough.
We drove quite comfortably uphill, downhill, speeding our way on potholes and uneven terrains which I will describe in details in my Off-Roading experience.

Interior -:
The first thing that I look in a SUV is comfort and enough boot space.
Hexa satisfies me on both the aspects.

There are 3 levels of sitting arrangement, two seats on the front and second row and the third row has a bench seat with enough space at all rows.

The interior design is quite sporty and the use of premium material makes it look classy.
The steering wheel looks posh and is equipped with multi functional switches. The front centre console houses infotainment system, AC controls and climate control buttons.

Hexa also comes with a choice of 8 colors for in-cabin ambient moon lighting.

Infotainment System -:
The new-gen ConnectNext Infotainment system comes with a 5 inch touch screen.
At the first glance the screen looks quite small as compared to the enormous size of the SUV.

Anyways moving ahead the system is packed with multiple intelligent features such as playback via FM/AM, USB, iPod, voice recognition, rear view camera, navigation and other on screen display facilities.

Tata Hexa houses 10 JBL speaker system with 4 door speakers, 4 tweeters, a centre speaker, sub-woofer and a power amplifier. The speaker system is incredible as the sound at the highest volumes is also quite powerful, clear and noise free.

The infotainment system can also be integrated with Smartphone apps which include Navimaps App, Juke-Car App and other Tata Smart Remote and Manual Apps.

Safety Suite -:

Tata Hexa comes with 6 airbags, Dual on the front, side and curtain airbags.
The Electronic Stability Program and Traction Control System ensure driver stability and traction.
The ground clearance of 200 mm is quite good for a SUV.
Central locking, parking sensors and driver's belt alert are among the common safety features.

Mileage -:
Mileage of both the versions should be around 14-15 Km/L

Automatic Version

We started the first half of the test drive with A10, which was the automatic version of Hexa.
In the starting I felt that the pickup was not that great as until then I was not aware about the
Sports mode.

As soon as the Sports mode was on, Hexa was cruising like a sports car.
140 km/h mark was touched but there were no signs of jerk or shaking. I was amazed by the control and stability one could experience at such a high speed.

Overall drive was quite smooth and comfortable. Even on the potholes and rough terrain the car was butter smooth.
The only thing where I could find a bit of room for improvement is the flexibility with the Steering Wheel whose handling can be made a notch smooth.

Manual Version

After trying the automatic version it was time to try our hands on the manual one.
The manual Hexa was not that great as the Automatic one, with issues centered around the gearbox.
The gearbox was a bit notchy especially when you shift from 4 to higher gears.

The most talked about feature of Hexa is the "Super Drive Modes" system that comes packed with the Manual Version.

There are basically 4 different modes available which you can choose from.
1. Auto Mode
This mode is more suited for normal driving conditions.
2. Comfort Mode
This mode is best suited when you are driving on highways.
Cruise Control option is also there in both the versions.
3. Dynamic Mode
When you want to turn Hexa into a sport car, this is the mode to switch to.
This is where it achieves the max power and acceleration.
4. Rough Road Mode
This mode comes really handy when you want to explore the challenging off-road driving conditions.

We clocked 160 km/h here and were really satisfied by the control and stability as in the Automatic version.

Off Road Experience

This was the real fun I was waiting for.
The true strength of a SUV shows up in the Off Road driving and man...! I was blown away after experiencing it in Hexa.
It moved swiftly on ice. Driving on a 21 degree slanted surface looked quite comfortable.
Whether it was uphill or downhill drive, Hexa proved how powerful the beast is.
Braking system was phenomenal which was tested on a Sandy surface.
Finally driving on a terribly uneven surface is the real test of any vehicle for the Indian road conditions and to my amazement Hexa performed really well.
Loved the Off Road Experience to the core.
After the Off Road Experience we had lunch, which was quite yummy..!!
Finally we packed our bags as it was time to say goodbye to Hyderabad and leave for Mumbai.

Verdict

The new lifestyle vehicle from Tata, Hexa, is suited for people from all walks of life.
The masculine body, attractive and classy exteriors and interiors, power packed engine, super drive modes and loaded features makes it a player to look out for in the SUV world.

I found the Automatic version better than the manual one as the notchy gearbox in the manual version created some trouble while shifting the gears from 4 to higher levels.
I think the officials from Tata Motors are working on it and will fix it before the launch.
If priced properly this SUV is going to be the next big thing for Tata Motors and will take the SUV world by storm.

The next hotspot for opportunities - Indore

The commercial capital, education hub and the most populous city of Madhya Pradesh is making its mark on the national level. Counted among the top fastest growing cities in India, Indore is all set to prove its metal as one of the biggest hotspots of opportunities in India.

Biggies of the IT industry, TCS and Infosys, setting their foot in Indore gives a clear indication that the city is all set to be the next favorite destination for IT companies and preferably the next big IT hub of India. Offices scaling on more than 100 acres of land on the super corridor area with 600 crores of investment generating more than 20,000 jobs definitely give a clear perspective of the opportunities that are going to make their way into the city.
Just an FYI, this is the largest office of TCS in the world.

Nationally renowned universities like Symbiosis and Narsee Monjee have already started with the construction of their campuses in Indore with 25 acre of land been allocated to each of them. The city is home to both the elite institute of India, IIM and IIT, with Symbiosis and Narsee Monjee joining the club; definitely makes Indore an inch closer to be counted among the national education hubs of India.

With nationally recognized hospitals like Bombay Hospital, CHRC, Arvindo Hospital, Indore has already made its stand and now 500 acres of land has been allocated on the super corridor area to accommodate major hospitals of India which are showing keen interest in Indore, one of the example is Medanta Group.

It’s also a major opportunity for the investors who are looking to invest into real estate or planning for their dream home.
Super Corridor, the 12 km long ultra modern shaped corridor and areas near it are expected to offer the best returns in real estate sector.
Factors supporting the above argument are vicinity to Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport which is gradually developing into an international airport and home to all major developments which are stated above.

So from all the above information we can draw a conclusion that Indore is going to be the next big thing whether it is education, investment or employment.
All those who consider Indore as just some random city of India, keep your eyes open ;)

Yes..!! We do Exist

Recently there have been a lot of movies, ads and videos on women empowerment, freedom, safety, rights and equality. In most of them everything has been generalized for the entire men fraternity, judging them all on the same ground and drawing the same picture about each one of them, but wait there is a completely different league of men who nobody talks about, Yes..!! We do Exist.

So to all the women out there, here is what we have to say.

We don’t judge you by the number of past relationships or by the matter of fact that you are still a virgin or not?
Everyone has a past and we are totally fine with it till the time you are loyal, faithful and true to us.

We are not looking for someone who can do household chores or make gol chapattis.
We believe in sharing the workload. Also we are self dependent and would never like to be a burden on anyone.

We are fine with the way you dress-up. We are not provoked, nor do we consider it as a signal.
Whether it’s a mini-skirt or saree, we know that you are sensible enough to decide, what to wear when.

Everyone has friends and like socializing. We are totally cool with the idea of you partying with your friends and would even love to join sometimes.
We never hesitate to cancel our plans if you wish to meet your best buddies as they also form an integral part of your life.

We know that you also have dreams, aspirations and goals and we respect and care for them even more than ours.
Nothing can bring more happiness and joy to us than you getting your dream job or successfully starting your own venture. It won’t hurt our “Male Ego” even if you earn more than us.
Your work is equally important as ours; we don’t have any superiority complex.

We love to discuss and have conversations on various topics.
If you have a better conclusion, suggestion, opinion or say about something, it won’t get on our nerves or would hurt our “Male Ego”. We will appreciate it and feel great to have someone like you in our life.
Also we are always open to criticism and improvement.

If a man drinks or smokes so can a woman.
We will never speak ill of you or draw any judgment about your character because of that.

We know that it is quite difficult for you to leave your family and come to our home but believe us when we say that it is equally tough for us as we are now answerable not only to our parents but also to your parents. We definitely respect your parents and would expect the same from you.
Also we would love the idea of your parents living with us.

And the final point, your happiness is the top most priority in our life and we know that it is directly related to your freedom and space.
Trust us when we say that we would do everything in this world to keep you happy but in return we just want you to put some efforts to gel with our family and treat them as your own.

Lastly I would say, do mention “US” in your conversations next time and keep “US” in your thoughts.

Road trip from Charlotte to Washington DC - Independence day..!!

The route from Charlotte to Washington DC is among one of the best I have seen.
Beautiful views start as we touch West Virginia and then the stretch continues till Washington DC.
Scenic forests, Foggy mountains, light drizzling and beautiful terrain all around.

This was the first time we drove for 2 consecutive nights.
Also this was one of the most adventurous drive of my life as it was raining heavily with lot of fog around and all I could see were the white lines on the road.

As July 4th is celebrated as Independence Day in US we got the opportunity to see some amazing fireworks too..

Do we require shock absorbers in life ?

Life is the synonym of uncertainty. We start everyday of our life with a positive and optimistic node, having a wide smile on our face, but how long the smile will last is completely unpredictable.

Everyone come across problems in his/her daily life, some take an hour while some a week to resolve but in the end we are sure of getting through it and the life continues on it’s regular pace.
But there are situations when life becomes stagnant, mind goes into turmoil and there is surge of uncontrollable emotions, such situations are when a person is in “state of shock”.

Death or critical health condition of a very close person, Betrayal by someone quite trustworthy, a heart wrenching breakup, bankruptcy, or sudden change in the thinking and behavior of a person you love are some of the conditions which leaves you blank and clueless.

Every person has a different recovery time. Some might take few days to come out of a shock while for some it even takes months or in rare cases years to get back on track.

It is said that every second of your life is precious and should be utilized to the fullest but such situations take away a lot of that precious time.

A shock which is given by god or nature is tolerable as we know it was not under anyone’s control but a shock given by a human being takes its toll on us to a severe extent.
We may lose years of earned confidence and trust, not only in others but also in ourselves.
But the worst part is the self-doubt mode, where a person blames himself/herself for everything that has happened and buys whatever is said about him/her by others.
Mind become unstable and there is surge of emotions, right from pain, anger, sadness, hate, uneasiness, distress, insecurity and alienation, all at the same time.

It takes hours of self motivation and boosting everyday for unpredictable time to get the self- confidence back and part away the self-doubt mode.
But the most difficult part is to make mind stable, control emotions and get focus back in life which may take even months and years.

Shocks take away some of the most precious time of our life and can also have a severe impact on our health, personality and thinking. Yes they make us strong to face another one but what they take away in the process is incomparable.

So don’t you think that we should be fitted with shock absorbers which might take at max a week to put our life back on track and help us to do justice to our purpose of living?
Would love to hear your thoughts on the same…

Be humble & modest as life is unpredictable..!!

Everyone want their life to be perfect, smooth and as per expectations but the truth is completely opposite of it. Life is the most unpredictable thing in this world.
You never know what will happen in the next moment, whether you will be alive or dead.

There are people who are very proud of their wealth and love to show off their toys of luxury.
One natural disaster like flood or earthquake takes everything away with it, leaving no difference between them and a beggar.

Some people have superiority complex because of their looks.
They mock others who are a bit out of shape.
Always remember a road accident, an infection or a fire can take away that physical charm, labeling you as the ugliest in the town but nothing in this world can take away the beauty of your soul.

Opportunities knock at everyone’s door, for some it comes early while for few it takes a longer time.
There are people who land a fat cheque paying job in early times of their life and eventually become haughty. They look down upon on those who are still struggling to find one.
Never let success of your career get into your mind and bring that superiority complex along.

Love is as unpredictable as life.
People become so crazy about their partner that they forget their family, friends and well-wishers.
There is no guarantee that a person you love will also keep on loving you, but the worst part is in the process you ignore and belittle those who genuinely love you and want your happiness forever.

Life is to be strong but not rude, bold but not bully, successful but not superior.
Today your ship is sailing smoothly in calm water, free from big waves but tomorrow it may have to face a storm.
So always be humble, modest and down to earth because these are the qualities which will make you a bigger and better person.

How to sail your ship across a storm..!!

Life is an ocean and your ship is sailing across it.
Every day when you open your eyes you want it to be bright, with cool breeze and calm water making you love every moment of the sail but sometimes you are also confronted with a storm, which stays way longer than what you have predicted, bringing new challenges and obstacles every day.

Most of the people are not prepared to face it single handedly and in the process get drowned in the depths of the ocean with mere possibility of getting back to the surface again.

So how should we face such storms and keep our ship sailing across the gigantic ocean?

1. Believe in yourself

The difference between successful and unsuccessful people isn’t opportunity, intelligence or
resources but the utter belief in one capabilities.

During bad times people tend to lose confidence in themselves and their abilities.
They forget that they are also a gem which has it’s own shine and charm.
Self-doubt makes it’s way into their life.

It is a famous saying, “When you doubt your power, you give power to your doubt”.
There will be people who will question your thoughts and principles and make you feel like a
     loser.
But if you want to sail your ship across the storm, recall your accomplishments and be proud of
what you have achieved and the person you are.

2. Keep your hopes alive

The never give up attitude and strong will power holds the key to stay strong during a storm.
A person who losses hope, losses his purpose of living.

Change your strategy, try different options, look for alternatives and always be optimistic.
      Keep on motivation yourself.

Always remember, “The greater the challenge, the greater the victory”.
Don’t wait for hope, make your own hope and show the world what you are made up of.

3. Don’t be biased, think from all angles

Life’s most troubling moments often produce the most meaningful experiences.
Hardships make you stronger, wiser and smarter if you can see the lessons in them.

So to understand the important lessons associated with each meaningful experience it is necessary
     to have an unbiased perspective.
While analyzing the real root cause of a situation or a problem, there will be times when your
beliefs, principles and thoughts will be put to question, things will be unpleasant and
uncomfortable for you, but if you are mature and strong enough to carry an unbiased view,
thinking from all angles, you will get the best optimized solution.

4. Always try to find the brighter side

Every coin has two sides and so does every person and situation.
It totally depends upon us if we want to keep on sulking our whole life seeing the darker
side or be happy and content by observing the brighter one.

Even if you lose out on opportunities, become alone in life or have to bear losses, always see the
hidden positive part associated with it.

5. Don’t be influenced, take your own decisions

During hardships we tend to lose our sense of judgment and decision making and get highly
influenced by what others say and think and also believe in it.
Sorry to say but major chunk of problems in our life occur because we are not capable of taking
our own decisions which should be the outcome of our unbiased beliefs and principles.

Always remember a wise man makes his own decision while an ignorant man follows public
     opinion.
So don’t be confused while taking big decisions of life as it can change your life completely.

6. Set priorities and stick to it

During tough times it is very important to set priorities in life and stick to them.
If you have to wake up early, do that.
If your addictions are making your life hell, have self control.

If you are able to stick to your priorities and get things sorted and settled, the satisfaction earned
will be out of this world and it will leave a very positive impact on your life which will help you
       in facing the adverse conditions.

7. Value time

It is not only important to value our own time but also the time of others.
There is a famous saying that “Time and tide waits for none”, so it is of upmost importance to
      understand it’s worth.

8. Always be grateful to those who lend a helping hand

And finally always be grateful and thankful to those who have lend you a helping hand and saved
you from drowning when your ship was wrecked into pieces by the storm.

Life is less about money and more about satisfaction

Life is a race where most of the people in this world are busy showing off and trying hard day and night to get their bank balance bigger than relatives, friends and peers.

The urge to earn money has increased so drastically that people have lost all other purposes of living which are the main source of their satisfaction, motivation and energy.

A person gets a fat pay cheque at the end of the month but is he/she really satisfied with the job?
In 80% of the cases it is seen that people are into something just because it offers them good money and some power to belittle others and not because that is what they always wanted to do.
I am not saying that money is not important in today’s world but more than that the feeling of accomplishment and a sense of satisfaction serves the purpose of our life in a bigger manner.

I have seen people who earn well but refrain from eating their favorite food and just survive on bread butter, stay in unhygienic places, fight with others over a penny, end priceless relationships for some filthy bucks and even lose their lifelong earned respect. All this just to save money for a so called bright future which they have no idea about.
I just want to ask them one question; do they feel satisfied, content and happy when they go to bed?

Life is more about -: How many moments have you spend with your loved ones?
How deeply have you connected with the nature and in the process felt its beauty?
With how much zeal have you followed your passions?
How intense and true is your love for your partner?

Money can help you buy expensive gifts for your loved ones but it has no comparison to the importance your presence can make.
You can buy a big bungalow with a large garden infront of it, money can do that, but if you have never planted a seed in it, what is the use.
Money can provide materialistic pleasures to your partner but what about that mental, physical and spiritual satisfaction that he/she has a yearning for. If living away from your partner for half of the year adds another zero to your bank balance, also remember that the same money is making your relationship approach a zero at a much faster rate.

If money give you tension, separate you from your loved ones for a longer period, take away the peace of mind and is the reason for your sleepless nights, it is better to have a life where you earn a penny less but live a lot more.
In the end when you are on the grave, how many amazing memories you can recall will matter the most and not the number of zeroes in your bank balance.

The two worlds of life - Personal & Professional

Our lives comprise of two worlds, the one where we are called by our pet name, The “Personal” and the one where our designation comes before our name, The “Professional”.

Both the worlds are equally important to us and a balance between them is vital to keep us physically and mentally strong. A mess between the two can end up in a World War, where you will be the only one shot dead either by the boss at home or in the office, without even being declared a martyr.
So the art of successfully balancing the professional responsibilities along with personal priorities is the need of the hour.

When in office focus and concentrate on your work and don’t get distracted by world’s most addictive thing called social media. It will have a direct impact on your quality of work as well as you won’t be able to complete your deliverables on time. It will make your frustrated, will hinder your progress and also there are chances that you will carry work at home which will eat up your family time, especially the time that belong to your partner.

Patience and humbleness is the key to a successful relationship. Never vent out the frustration or anger of office on your partner, he/she is not with you for that.
Out of millions of people he/she has chosen you because your partner believes that you are the one who will treat him/her in the most special and respectful manner, so don’t let your partner think otherwise.

Manage your time and set priorities.
If your time is important the time of your family members, especially your partner is also equally important. Never let your work load eat up that time.
You near and dear ones are with you not to live their life according to your work schedule, so give them their freedom and space.
Earning money is important but the most precious thing in this world is the smile on the face of your beloved and that will be always there if give you them time and make them believe that they hold the highest priority in your life.

Always keep your hobbies and passions alive, your work might increase your bank balance but won’t increase your happiness or add another dimension to your personality.

When people achieve success in their work and reach new heights, they get into a superiority mode and consider the job of their family members, especially their partner as trivial.
Always remember if your job and dreams are important the job and dreams of your partner are equally important and you should always give due respect to them.

And most importantly, near let the emotional turmoil or breakdown of your personal world affect your professional side. You have responsibilities and duties towards your company and you can’t let them down because of your personal problems. Also there will be times when you will be working with a foreign client and at that instance not only the respect and value of your company but also the respect and value of your country will be at stake if you fail to perform, so always be composed.

Sometimes it becomes really hard to balance both the worlds because in the end you are a human being, but some careful planning and preparations and always sticking to your priorities will eventually help you master this art and give your pleasure, happiness and peace of mind of lifetime.
Also having a understanding, composed and loving partner is an added bonus.

The Helicopter Ride : Myrtle Beach

My childhood dream was to become a pilot and see how the world appears from the top or an astronaut and explore the infinite space.
Though these dreams couldn't become reality but this time I got an opportunity to do one of the things from my bucket list, The Helicopter Ride.

I am always keen to try different adventure sports, especially where I can see the world from an eagle's eye, Helicopter Ride was one of them though Sky Diving still remains at the top of the list.

Here are some pics from my ride, hope you like it :)
