First solo trip places I visited - US Capitol

After covering New York attractions here are some pics from my Washington DC Solo trip. The photologue.

The United States Capitol, often called Capitol Hill, is the seat of the United States Congress, the legislative branch of the U.S. federal government.
Also it is one of the most recognizable symbols of representative democracy in the world.

Admission to US Capitol is free. US Capitol tour is divided into 2 parts. It begins at one of the Capitol Visitor Center’s orientation theaters with a 13-minute film, "Out of Many, One," which takes you on a journey through US struggle to establish the world's first truly representative democracy and introduce you to the magnificent building that houses the Congress.
Next is the audio tour is of 30 minutes in which the executive will tell you about the american presidents and other great personalities, how congress works and where senators meet.
